I'm Luca Bianchi from Milan, Italy, and what I appreciate most are well-furnished rooms, free Wi-Fi, and friendly staff. It was impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Basilica and the bus station, offering convenience and privacy. The breakfast provided a variety to cater to all tastes, and the gym, free of charge, was a nice bonus. The staff, apart from one, were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Leaving was bittersweet, as I cherished my time at the Shrine and this exceptional hotel that felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended for a memorable stay.
